During our all-inclusive 60 minutes cruise, we will explore the city together. We will tell you about the famous sights and culture of Amsterdam. Our skipper will lead you through the beautiful canals of the city and our hostess will serve you some drinks and Dutch typical cheese who are al inclusive during the whole tour. The cruise will be held on old classic but 100% salon boats with an age of 100 years +. Because of the live guided tour, there is enough space for questions and recommendations about the city.

1.00Booked for a service through viator for myself and friends of 15 in group. Was a friend stag party and we wanted to have a great experience in Amsterdam. Most of the lads travel from Ireland, Uk and Spain and disappointedly we got there but there was no boats. We were booked for 18:30pm but we were told the next available boat will be 21:30pm. We tried several times contacting viator to resolve the issue because the boat operator claims because we did not book from them there’s nothing they can do so it either we wait for the next available boats or we request for refund. We concluded by requesting for refund, shamefully since 30/04/22 that we request for full refund, they only refund a partial refund payment instead of full refund without any explanation. They won’t reply for emails or answer phone calls. I don’t recommend their service and neither anyone should book any of their service. I will advise you book directly on of the operator.

1.00After receiving the confirmation of the booking, we arrived at the advised meeting location and could not find the boat. We spoke with another company there who said they had never heard of this company and to try further up the canal where other operators worked. We then walked another 10mins to the address on the website and were told by the boat operators there that they also had never heard of this company. After checking with a number of boats in the vicinity and trying to call the office number (doesn’t connect) another wonderful boat operator (Flag Ship) were kind enough to allow us onboard free of change. I would advise to book with Flag Ship instead as I’m pretty sure this company doesn’t even exist.
