1.00they dont bother to conatct client even 1 day before transfer nor they share driver no and asked for prefere timings for transfers. they themselves confirm time and not agree to lsten clientrequest, very very bad experience

5.00Zachariah was great! He took a back way to Schiphol and avoided a long line of traffic. He was friendly and professional. He did not know I had changed the pick up time with Viator but made up for it.

1.00They never communicated what time pick up from the hotel would be. The airline suggested 4 hours ahead of flight time. When I called they told me they thought 3 was more than adequate. Called a cab and got to the airport in a Mercedes at the time KLM suggested and for less than half the price these people charged me
