My family and I took a trip mid April 2025. We used this company for our transfer from the airport to our hotel in the city. There was a marathon going on at the time so the driver needed to take a longer route. He asked officers blocking the roads and called his headquarters. Said it was too much of a detour and dropped us off in some random part of the city. About a 40min uphill walk to our hotel. Each of us had 2 luggage pieces… no type of compensation was offered. Please do not use this company for your transfers. The driver wasn’t polite or inviting either, even prior to noticing the road blockages. He road raged, honking and yelling out the window towards other drivers. Just save yourself the headache and impromptu gym sesh!
I wish the minivan was parked closer!

Great experience. Nice, informative, and attentive driver. There was a delay getting from my flight , through customs, and getting my phone to work. The driver made extra effortd to contact me and waited for us almost an hour. Smooth transaction despite delays beyond my control. Highly recommend!!

It all started with the driver and the contact officer threatening to leave the airport upon our arrival, simply because of long lines at passport control—as if it were their first time meeting guests at Athens Airport. The system did not give us the option to indicate a later pick-up time; we only provided the flight number. It was therefore not our fault that the driver arrived too early. We were a group of ten, including three small children and two infants, and I received multiple messages warning that this would be considered a “no show” and that the driver would leave us stranded at Athens Airport after a night flight with children. Thankfully, my brother, who had arrived on a different flight, was already at the airport and managed to stop the driver from leaving. Even worse happened on our way back. On the day of our departure, they completely cancelled our pick-up, leaving ten people—including young children—stranded on an island with limited infrastructure. We had to arrange emergency transportation at double the price, and the stress of finding a vehicle last minute completely ruined the last day of our holiday. Not only will we never use their services again, but we are also seriously considering legal action.
