Poor ground transportation experience

3.00Difficulties in communicating with the operator. Wouldn’t answer my messages and emails. I ended up having to ask Viator to contact. Spent time I shouldn’t have had to confirming the correct pickup address and time. Finally confirmed but driver was still 15 minutes late, ‘due to traffic’. Unacceptable. The driver should account for traffic and be at the pickup address at least 5 minutes early. Booked and paid extra for a minivan to make sure we had enough room for luggage but a car came instead. Luckily our luggage fit and we got to the airport in enough time - even though driver missed an exit and had to reroute. Overall disappointing. I should get a refund for the difference in rate for minivan vs. car but probably not worth the time pursuing. Probably not going to use Viator for ground transportation again.
