1.00The driver was supposed to be waiting when we arrived with a sign with our name. We waited and I contacted Viator customer service. After several texts, finally he came. We waited again while he went to pick up his taxi. On the ride to the hotel he called his supervisor that insinuated that I was lying about waiting for the driver. Because of the language barrier this was a very stressful way to start our vacation!

5.00It was such a comfort to see George standing there with a package with it name on it when we came out of customs. Didn't have to figure out how to get a taxi or where to catch the metro. He took the two biggest suitcases and we finished him to a very clean room van. He told us all about Athens as he took us to our hotel. Very nice and a great welcome to Greece
