VIATOR is the company we know we can count on! I kept trying to reply to the messages but kept getting that it was not delivered. Finally one of our hotel staff called the local company for us and all was resolved! Spoke to the owner of the company and he was very nice and assured me that our driver would be on time!

Helped us get situated in our room. They let us check in early - we were exhausted from or 32 hours with no sleep. They also provided us with an extra adapter for 2nd phone. Main housekeeper was very helpful when our keys did not work. Restaurant had outstanding food - had Shrimp Rosoto was wonderful. Breakfast was very good with fresh fruit, everything you can imagine. Would highly recommend!

The driver never show up. Called and said I given the wrong address. He lied because of the text confirmation 3 days and the day prior to the pick up. And the address given was checked by the hotel receptionist as correct. Will never use again.
