5.00We did 3 great tours in Greece - but this was the best. Penelope had high energy, a skill at leading a group, passion and a depth of knowledge around the subject matter, and of course the street art was stunning. We walked through a few neighborhoods - and learned some about the more recent history of the city. It was a great context after hearing about the very ancient history on other days. She was prepared and had other images to help us understand the artists work and role in graffiti across the world. It was fascinating. I’ve done 2 other street art tours (berlin and Buenos Aires) - but this was the best.

5.00Penelope was our guide and she was incredible. There were 4 of us, including our grown daughter and her best friend, and we were with one other lovely couple from England on our tour. Obviously the art was beautiful and the technique and talent seen all over the city was so inspiring, but the heart of the tour was really learning about how the art reflects the history, culture, and politics of the area. We loved every minute of it and Penelope was so engaging and funny and willing to share her enthusiasm and point of view. Highly recommend!!

5.00I did not know what to expect, but this tour was really fun and educational. It was also a cool way to explore different parts of the city. We saw multiple street artists’ works, learned about techniques and meanings behind their art, and learned how to identify different artists’ work. Our tour guide also included cultural elements when appropriate. I highly recommend this tour!

5.00Being an urban dweller, a lover of art and history this tour exceeded my expectations. I can’t give enough high praise to the tour guide Penelope. 5.00Our guide Penelope was a competent street art guide. It's amazing how much street art there is in this district. We received a lot of information about the artists, their special features and techniques. The motivation of the artists for the respective murals is also very different. The city even supports some artworks with funds. A mural is even a listed building. This is pretty one-off. A street art portrait of the well-known street dog LOUKANIKOS was part of our tour. These were 2 interesting hours during which the participants got a different view of the city.

5.00Had a memorable, fun and engaging 2 hour urban street art tour with Katarina 2 days ago! We were very lucky to be the only two people on the tour. Her pacing, explanations and the variety of art seen was perfect for what we were looking for. She is a charming person with excellent English and the perfect guide for a walk through several neighborhoods of Athens street art.
