1.00Do NOT book with Point click tourism! Rather book directly on atlantis website. The company did not provide us with tickets until 12pm even though we selected start time of 10am. When asked for tickets they kept giving several excuses and cutting off the phone when trying to contact to understand issue. They eventually sent tickets after multiple back & forth & phone call from atlantis.

4.00Loads of rides and fun at this waterpark. Well organised when queuing for rides. We stayed at the Royal Atlantis close by and it was easy to get a shuttle there. We would go back again but not in August as it was too hot but they do give you water shoes to help with the heat on your feet. Will be back

1.00Book your tickets at the park. The tickets and QR codes they sent through twice had been used already. Had to get 2 staff members at the park to ring them up and request new tickets. Never got valid tickets. Park staff took sympathy on us and let us in. Like I said buy tickets at the park as same price and you know you will have zero stress

1.00The supplier is a liar, he has already deceived hundreds of people, how can he just sell here? He provides you with used tickets, after which you will have problems at the entrance and he will not refund the money for this one here
