1.00Não conseguimos ir por conta do meu estado de saúde , faço hemodiálise paguei quase 400 euros por ticket e passei mal tive que ir fazer um tratamento no horário da reserva. O site entrou em contato comigo eu enviei foto de dentro da clínica ligada a máquina comprovando que não pude ir por motivo de saúde e não me reembolsaram e não conseguiram remarcar pra outro dia. Achei um absurdo já que fico 4 horas incomunicável na clínica e só pude responder as 15 horas sendo que minha reserva era para as 12:30. Resumindo perdi quase 800 euros e a resposta é que não avisei , sendo que houve uma emergência médica comprovada ofereci documentos da clínica para comprovar e a resposta foi que não podiam dar reembolso nem reagendar . Nunca mais compro ou indico este site , o suporte deles para os clientes e pessimo ! Zero entendimento da situação e zero empatia com cliente!

4.00Transfer company driver had trouble finding correct entry. Just as well, we arrived a little early. But restaurant opening time was half hour later than we were given. Tour details said a main course was included (and was shown on the menu for the high tea) but we were told that would be extra cost. Staff friendly and helpful. Servings small but delicious and did fill us up! Had window seat for good views but glass dirty and air pollution quite noticeable even at 1.00pm.

5.00We were treated like royalty while at the restaurant. Staff were very attentive and went out of their way to assist my mom who wouldn’t be able to manage the stairs. Food was delicious and beautifully presented. Views were spectacular.
