Sometimes, we may cross into Finland to find the best views, so please bring your passport for the border crossing. We provide easy pickup and drop-off at your hotel for a smooth and comfortable journey. Our guides speak Arabic, Norwegian, and English, ensuring you feel welcome and well-informed throughout this unforgettable adventure. we sometimes extend the Tour period to 8 hours because the weather conditions might change and make it hard to see the Northern Lights.

3.00The tour was fine, but the 3-stars is given due to the photos; not a single photo was sent of just the aurora, they were all shots of random travellers in the group. For a photo experience I would have expected a quality of photos of the aurora that were better than the ones taken with my phone.

3.00Nice coach and guides but no northern lights seen. Other tours same night managed to see. Hoped to do a repeat tour as the website states a 50% off guarantee. Company would not honour any sort of discussion of a discount ("old offer"), so I booked a much cheaper tour with a second tour company who went the extra mile to show me the Northern Lights. This other company also had a guarantee.

5.00Great hosts: very considered, welcoming and funny. Guides were very knowledgeable about the lights. They suggested to move my booking by one day as the conditions were not ideal. They hold their promise, you are not doing the tour if there is no chance to see any aurora. Seeing the lights was incredibly beautiful.

5.00⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Northern Lights Tour in Tromsø! We joined the Northern Lights tour on 21 October 2025, and it was an unforgettable experience! Our guide, Jinyar, was very knowledgeable — he knew exactly where to take us and was very patient, driving to several locations until we finally saw the magical aurora lights. He took beautiful photos of us (all included in the tour at no extra cost!). He started a cozy campfire, we enjoyed delicious hot chocolate and snacks. Jinyar shared many fascinating facts about the northern lights and fjords, making the experience both fun and educational. Everything was well-organized and comfortable from start to finish. We highly recommend this tour!

5.00The tour was amazing, Mark was very experienced, friendly and knowledgeable about the auroras, and also the pictures he took were amazing. He took us to a really beautiful spot with mountains and water to watch the auroras, I highly recommend this service.

5.00Our group were very happy with our tour choice for northern lights. We experienced it on 9/27/25 and it was amazing . Mark picked us up at the hotel and also dropped us off. This was one of the primary reason we chose this company and it did not disappoint with the northern lights as well. It was worth what we paid for and we highly recommend Alshemal company . As promised we got our included digital pictures and video, we got bonfires with hot drink, roasted corn , chocolate n marshmallows. Warm suit was included n available . The ride was comfortable in a Mercedes 8 seater sprinter. Just a side note , if you are willing to pay for the other seats I’d recommend paying for the 8 seats to have your own privacy . 5.00We were even picked up at our house outside Tromso. Our guide Jinyar went to great lengths to show us the Northern Lights and drove with us almost as far as Finland. We saw great lights and there were lots of photos taken which were provided to us for free. We had very nice and interesting conversations with Jinyar. For us, the tour will remain an unforgettable experience and we can only recommend it to anyone. Thank you Jinyar!

5.00I had the best time with the guide, Zein. The weather wasn't looking good for this tour earlier in the day and I had previously booked with another company that canceled my trip. I then rebooked with ALSHEMAL Norway. They tried contacting me about the weather, but I was confused and thought it was the other company that had canceled and still went to the meeting point. No one showed up so I messaged via Viator as it had not been cancelled via this platform or any messages sent. I began walking back to my hotel when I received both a call and message from the tour company apologizing for the confusion and offering to take me out even though the others are on the tour had been told it was canceled. The weather had changed and there was a chance to catch the lights if we left soon. I was so happy and of course, said I would go. Although the skies were cloudy, you could still see the lights showing off behind them. The pictures taken by Zein were great and one of my bucket list dreams have come true thanks to him and his company. I appreciate that this company went above and beyond as I had limited time in Tromso and will never forget the kindness and attention given. I had great conversations with my guide and having explained that I am a cancer survivor living life to the fullest, he understood more why this experience was even more magical at this time in my life. If I am lucky enough to return to Tromso, I will definitely call this company for my next hunt for the Northern Lights. Thanks again, Zein!
An unmissable sight

5.00100% recommended Junior picked us up and dropped us off at the door of our accommodation. Small group with 5 people. It took us to remote places where we would never have gone for us and we were lucky enough that that night the auroras were very active and visible. If I ever come back, I'm sure I'll repeat.
