This company were amazing, we were picked up at 7am on the dot ... everything was clearly explained to us . We had a very moving day at Auschwitz... it was fascinating to learn so much history and pay our respects. The mini bus then dropped us back at the hotel . Excellent and efficient service

Such a sombre place. Had the pleasure of visiting such a prominent place in history with our guide Slavo. So knowledgeable and did try to slow it down so all could be taken in. Very passionate as he was a driver prior to becoming a guide. Bartek collected us at the hotel on time and was a great driver.

Great transport, all on time and very comfortable - Driver (Bartek) was lovely. Auschwitz was very busy but the tour moved along smoothly through the various stages and we gained entry very quickly and each received a headset to listen to the tour guide. Very sad but definitely worth the visit.

Excellence experience from pick up from outside our apartment to how organized the timing was around the tour. Great communication and stress free. We were picked up at 6.15am with confirmation of pick up time the day before and arrived at Auschwitz exactly for opening time. Driver was friendly and kept us updated throughout. The tour itself was well organized and the guide was very knowledgeable and informative. I would recommend this organization.

A very well organised trip. We were a small group of 6, we were picked up exactly on time at our hotel location. The driver contacted us the day before to confirm pickup and offer a packed lunch service, we chose this and it was really fresh and good value. The driver was very friendly and helpful. The tour guide at Auschwitz was incredibly knowledgeable and respectful. The tour ran smoothly and we skipped all the queues. On the whole a very well run and worthwhile excursion.

Everything was great! Paweł was a gentleman and took good care for me and my brothers. He was very much on time and helpfull! The tour was great, the lady could tell us everything about Auschwitz and that made the tour.
