The whole trip was a complete success, starting from the punctual pick-up and the interesting information of our guide Kero to the tour itself. We were really a small group of 8 people, which made the trip very enjoyable. Also, we didn’t feel that the stops we had were sales shops, but really just showed how candies or chocolate are made without intrusive selling. If you wanted to, you could buy something, but you didn't have to. The drive through the mekong delta was beautiful and breathtaking. We would recommend the tour anytime!

Quite possibly the best trip I’ve ever taken. So much seen and done, and not super touristy which I really liked. What true travel feels like, and Ken was brilliant! He struck the perfect balance of being a great guide while also giving us the time and space to explore and enjoy. Highly recommend.

It was a really great trip from end to end. Huy is so knowledgeable about Vietnam and the local area and he kept us entertained during the drive with so many entertaining stories and facts. Really enjoyed the home cooked lunch with a local family, rather than going to a restaurant. Overall a super enjoyable experience and one I would highly recommend

Pickup was right on time and the van was very comfortable. What I liked most is that we went to a quieter area of the Mekong, far from the crowds, soyou really get to see how people live by the river. The boat ride was peaceful and full of beautiful views. We visited a coconut candy workshop, then biked through village paths to see a local mat weaver. Lunch was served at a family’s home, simple but delicious. In the afternoon we did the small rowing boat ride under the palm trees. Our tour guide was patient, knowledgeable, didnt push us to buy anything and always ready to answer questions or take photos for us.

From the moment I was picked up on time, everything felt easy and wellorganized. I got to see the Mekong Delta in such an authentic way with coconut groves, peaceful canals, and villages where people were just living their daily lives. Our guide Poh was incredible, sharing stories that made the feel connected to the culture and history. Thanks Joy and Poh again

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the Mekong. The experience was made extra special by our fantastic guide, Huy. Huy is a very engaging and professional guide. He gave excellent commentary and interesting insight to the people living in the Mekong. The people and places we visited on our tour were very welcoming. We didn't feel pressured to purchase from them, although we did, as the products were great quality and at a good price point. Highly recommend this trip with Joy Journeys.

Love The whole tour was very authentic, not commercialized at all. We truly got a sense of local life in the Mekong Delta. The highlight for me was definitely lunch at a local home. We were served a delicious set menu with shrimp, soup, braised chicken, and fresh vegetables. Never had I ried a full of flavor like this.
