Incredibly disappointed to have the tour cancelled 3 hours before the start time due to "overbooking". Never should have been allowed to book (which I did 2 days prior) if there were not enough spots available. We had a friend traveling from over an hour away to join us. I contacted the tour operator with no response. I contacted Viator that refunded our money but I asked why, if we cancelled - we must give over 24 hour notice, but they can cancel within 3 hours with no compensation to us. I have several other tours booked through Viator and they wouldn't even discount any of those. Beware that this particular tour was unprofessional in "overbooking" and you may end up trying to make do last minute on your own.
