The Forbidden City is located at the center of Beijing's central axis and was the royal palace of the Ming and Qing dynasties in China. It covers an area of approximately 720,000 square meters, with a construction area of about 150,000 square meters. There are over 70 palaces of various sizes and more than 9,000 rooms. It is one of the largest and best-preserved ancient wooden architectural complexes in the world. The palaces of the Forbidden City are grand and imposing, with imposing and solemn structures. Angie was a great tour guide. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She treated us with cookies and bananas and made sure we got to see all the sights. She went above and beyond to find us an atm. Our driver was also great and the car was very nice. Overall we had a wonderful day.

A tour full of history and amazing places. Jessica knows a lot about the history of China and particularly its capital. The places are wonderful and you can only visit them in one day if you go with someone so experienced.

I originally book two private tour days with Linda. I enjoyed Linda’s tour so much I booked a third day. The first day was a tour of the forbidden city. Linda is extremely knowledgeable everywhere we visited. We traveled at my pace which is sometimes quite quick and other times I want to take it all in. We covered so much ground over three days. Linda is a very safe driver which I appreciate. Comparing all of the tours I have done in the past, spending time with Linda was more fulfilling than any of the other tours. I highly recommend Linda. Great lady, excellent English and very knowledgeable. Well done Linda and thank you for making my trip memorable.

A very convenient tour if you're short of time in Beijing. We had 2.5 hours for the Forbidden City, 1.5 hours for the Temple of Heaven and about 2 hours for the Summer Palace. We only had a driver, but there is an option to include a guide as well. Our driver Davis was very attentive and professional. For the Forbidden City tickets we had to stand in line and buy them ourselves at the kiosks, with our passports (we got the money in cash from the driver, as the tickets are included in the tour). You can also visit Tiananmen Square, but there will probably not be enough time on the same day and the company can make a reservation for the next day for an independent visit. Overall, the tour was nice and we would recommend it.

Its difficult to honestly express how helpful Linda was for us on our recent trip, she provided advise for months before, booked us train tickets ( which can be a nightmare ) so all we had to do was scan passports and find our seats, she arranged a Tour Guide and driver for our day in Xi'an which was perfect - having someone give you a one-two-one tour of the Terracotta warriors with local insight was special and magical. Beijing being 5000 odd miles away ( from the UK that is ) and off the common tourist route makes local knowledge and understanding everything, maybe we could have booked taxi,s and arranged our own thing but having someone English speaking and knowing the landscape really removed any stress Totally aware this is trip adviser and very happy to leave Linda a glowing review but i would advise you contact her directly rather than here as a booking, her advise in invaluable. Very happy to Give Linda 10/10 - Very Well Done !

Our 81-year-old aunt enjoyed our tour of Beijing because of how Linda, our tour guide, took care of all the details to make our day trip comfortable especially for my aunt. She picked us up on time, brought some local snacks to try, offered bottled water to hydrate ourselves and always looked out for my elderly aunt. We had a few last-minute changes in our plan and Linda was very flexible and pleasant about accommodating our needs. Even though she was hired just as a driver she turned out to be a good tour guide too. A very pleasant experience.
