You can visit the Gubei Water Town and enjoy the fun water activities while you're there.

5.00Definitely worth it! Our driver Sun was very friendly and welcoming with us. He explained a lot about the wall and the surrounding along the way. He also showed us a temple fair on the way back! We could organise the wall trip at our own pace and he was very accommodating.

5.00He was communicative via WhatsApp. We were easily able to communicate via translators. He was friendly and on time. He helped me to get my ticket and showed me how to get to the cable car. The actual site was beautiful and well worth the visit.

5.00Such great experience. The driver SUN was fantastic and very friendly. The car was new full of snack and the trip from Beijing to Jinsaling went very smoothly. We had all the time we wanted to look around as the driver never rushed us. We then got to the summer palace where we were dropped off. Everything went well and all tickets were arranged in advance for us, so no queue. Thanks so much Sun ☀️

5.00We can highly recommend this provider. We were picked up on time right outside our hotel and our driver, Master Sun, drove us safely to the wall. We were provided with water by him and on the way he gave us information about the landscape and the wall. He helped us buy the tickets on the spot and then we went hiking. The wall section is really beautiful and there were few other guests on this wall section. There are various "routes" to hike on the wall on site, so experienced and inexperienced hikers will get their money's worth. After three impressive hours on the wall we drove back to the hotel.

5.00Mr. Sun was our tour guide and driver for our day trip to Gubi Watertown and Simitai Great Wall. Always early and a very safe and smooth driver in a comfortable car. We had a great time with Mr Sun. We will probably come back to the area during CNY and I will definitely book with Mr Sun again. We highly recommend Mr. Sun.

5.00Lovely time with Mr Sun! Booked last minute during Golden Week and immediately had Mr Sun confirm he’d be at our hotel for 7am. Was a brilliant friendly driver throughout in a comfortable car. He dropped us off and helped us inside when buying tickets. He gave us plenty of time to explore the wall and Gubei. For Golden Week the section at Simatai was very quiet in the morning. Afterwards we met Mr Sun back with an easy drive direct to our hotel again. I’d happily recommend this trip to anyone looking for an easy half day tour to the wall.

5.00We had a great day on the Chinese wall with our driver Jack. Jack took us to the Chinese wall at Jinshanling. There we had all the freedom and time to walk around ourselves. This was a wonderful experience and Jack’s professionalism certainly helped with this.
