5.00We were supposed to be a small group tour but I was the only one! My guide Andrew gave me a very thorough tour of the city! Per his suggestion, I did Calton Hill the next day! You can tell he loves Edinburgh!

I not only learned about the history and story of Edinburgh, but I learned about amazing contributions from Scotland to science, common phrases, and how it all impacts today. I also had the good fortune and luxury of being the only to sign up for the time of my tour, and they did not cancel my tour! Instead I had an unintentional private tour and my guide was wonderful enough to tailor some of the stories to what he learned about my interests along the way. I traveled alone and scheduled this tour for my first day to help me get a sense of the city right away, and my guide gave me a great walk through of it all. Strongly recommend for solo travelers on their first visit!

5.00My husband and I really enjoyed our tour with Andrew last week. We often take walking tours on our first full day in a new city. Andrew took us all over the city and pointed out many points of interest which helped us decide what to do during our stay. Andrew is very knowledgeable about Scotland and Edinburgh history and has a good sense of humor too. I highly recommend this tour.
