What To Expect

You will be seated and greeted by our wine expert at our unique tasting Atelier. An introduction will take place regarding our wine experience. You will discover 5 top-class Greek wines, the primary grapes of this land and you will pair them with artisanal cheeses from the mainland and islands of Greece. We will go deep into the wine regions, back to the ancient Greek history, the grape varieties, the cultivation etc. Most of the information is projected onto our matrix and the wine charts while we introduce and explain in a casual and laid-back atmosphere. Lastly, you will learn how to evaluate wines and we will reveal how we recognize the quality in a wine.

I was honestly very pleasantly surprised. I’ve done a couple of wine tastings before here and there but you usually just get talked through the wines at high speeds and I usually had no idea what it actually meant. Here they really took the time to explain the different aspects of wine tasting and how the specific wines were produced including the growth, picking and ripening processes. The wines were also very interesting and diverse. Would definitely recommend if you’re in Athens!

We had a great tasting experience lead by Evelyna! She did a wonderful job of explaining each wine and cheese pairing while also explaining the history of each!
