Two ways to activate tickets: 1. Download and open the Big Bus app. Tap "Add Booking" and enter your booking reference. On the day of travel, open your ticket and press "Activate" then show your activated ticket to the driver at any stop along the route. Plus, use the app for route information and live bus tracking. 2. Redeem voucher and activate with Big Bus staff at Stop #1 - MGM Grand/Showcase Mall 3791 S. Las Vegas Blvd (west entrance of tour lobby/south end of Showcase Mall), or with any driver at any stop along the route.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

3.00It was a good way to see the city if you’ve never seen it before. But the drivers really make a difference. The first driver was great!! She had lots of information and stories to share and we could hear her very clearly. The second bus we took the driver was very hard to hear and didn’t share much. He put on a prerecorded tape but it was playing information from things we already passed by so was not very helpful.

3.00Location of pick ups weren't what we were originally told. Nothing near bellagio. Had to travel several blocks on side streets of the blvd.
