Tickets with multiple days must be used consecutively.
Guests may activate ticket in two ways: 1. Download and open the Big Bus app. Tap "Add Booking" and enter your booking reference. On the day of travel, open your ticket and press "Activate" then show your activated ticket to the driver at any stop along the route. Plus, use the app for route information and live bus tracking. 2. Redeem voucher and activate with Big Bus staff at 7th Ave & W 48th St (Outside M&Ms World), or with a driver at any stop along the route.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

1.00Just an awful experience. The brochures had the wrong information the website also did not have the correct information for stops and the individuals on the street were not much help at all. My husband and I had to walk to different locations several times to pick up the bus. No fun in frigid temperatures in NYC in December. My recommendation would be to book a private tour if possible.

5.00If they use your website or app, they will have to call you before they can access the tickets. I stood in the cold, waiting to call your people.

1.00The VERY WORST experience or activity I’ve ever booked with Viator. The bus stops were impossible to find, their English was horrible, the guys on the streets trying to sell you tickets to the bus if you tried to ask questions would LITERALLY WALK OFF. In 3 days we rode the bus once. Complete waste of money. We had to uber the remaining time on our trip. Btw. The bus isn’t even heated when it was freezing outside. Be sure to stand in the correct blue or red line even thou it’s hard to understand what they are are saying to do because again you get YELLED AT.

1.00There is no tour guides, given headphones. Only half of the ports work. The seats are absolutely filthy. Stuck in traffic with a packed bus and people getting on eating their McDonalds, info coming on when your past the monument etc. It you are worried about personal space, cleanliness or knowing something about the city go elsewhere. We got off for statten island ferry, disaster, 15 different guys tried selling us boat tours, told us the ferry didnt go near the statue, then it stopped after covid, then another it stopped two weeks ago, scammers!! ( not bigbus tours) asked getting off the bus where to go no mention of statue on the stop, he just said straight. The ferry terminal full of homeless people, felt very unsafe. We got a cab back to Macys. The bus was a massive waste of money. They need to clean them and have actual guides. Do not recommend. ..also please be wary of all the 1st time reviewers that give everything 5 stars!! Honest review from Irish Tourist, 1st time in NYC.
