3.00The first day was great on the bus. However we were never able to use the second day because my husband fell and broke his arm that morning and we spent the day at urgent care. That evening I tried to contact the vendor through this app to see if we could get our 2nd day extended to the next day, but I never heard back from them.

3.00Traveling in NYC for first time with my 13 year old granddaughter. I found that most drivers and some of workers at the stops were not helpful and some even rude.

2.00There is no live tour guide. It is sound track that plays mostly music and a few New York informational tid bits. The uptown/blue line has very few buses running on it so you can wait for a very long time. We had to change our dates at the last minute when we were told of route changes or cancelations due to parades and marathons. They did accomodate the change nicely but sooner then 48hrs in advance would have been appreciated.

1.00The Wait times are too long. You are better off walking since everything is very close. I'd say this is a rip off. One day is more than enough.
