I had a wonderful time at the waffle workshop! It was both fun and delicious, and they even let us take home everything we baked. We started by learning about the history of waffles, then went through the ingredients and the cooking steps before baking together. On the table, there was a great variety of toppings to choose from — banana, chocolate, honey, peanut butter, cream, and different kinds of jam. Our instructor, Chau, was very kind and friendly. She even gave me a special gluten-free recipe and helpful tips on how to make it work at home. Overall, it was a lovely experience and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn, bake, and enjoy amazing waffles!

It was misleading. On booking it states you can eat as many waffles as you want. During the workshop we were told that are party of three had to share the mixing bowl and bstter. I paid £150 for the workshop and it was not good value for money. It was disorganised and we felt very rushed.

We had a lot of fun at the workshop. It was a great experience. Of course, the best were the homemade hot waffles with the most varied toppings... the Brussels waffle iron will definitely be used at home as well.

Excellent time learning and making waffle! Wish we could wear the cute aprons and wish it was all you can eat too! Instructor was great!

The location is great and the staff is very friendly. The waffle recipe is super simple and takes just a few minutes to prepare. I’d hope we could’ve learned more types of waffles (including the liege style that are so popular around the city). Basically you spend a few minutes making the batter and the rest of the time cooking and topping them with whatever you want. I enjoyed socializing with everyone in the class and eating the waffles but didn’t learn as much as I’d hoped to.

The class was fantastic, it provided a great mix of learning about waffles and making them. Eating the waffles you made is of course the best part. Our instructor was kind and patient and made the experience very enjoyable. An absolute must do if you have time in Brussels.

My husband and i decided to do this waffle making class. It was a very good experience. We now know how to make waffles. We enjoyed eating our own waffles. Good facilities. We were able to buy the ingredients from the local carrefour to make them at home

It was a fun experience, learned about making waffles with sparkling water…who knew? Our group included a charming three year old who was big on eating whipped cream and sprinkles on his waffles and a Pomeranian puppy from Moscow…very well behaved…

I visited Brussels for the day and wanted a fun activity that involved food and this ticked all the boxes. The instructor and his colleagues were friendly and very helpful. The waffles we made tasted delicious and there were so many toppings to choose from. It's a fun activity to do solo, with friends or in a group. I plan to come back for the chocolate making class.
