3.00It’s definitely worth paying the extra to skip the line—otherwise you wait up to 2 hours to go up and down the elevator. Views are awesome from the top!! I would have rated this a 5-star if we hadn’t had the issue that the tour operator never provided us with the necessary tickets/bar codes that we needed to actually get entry once we were at The Burj Khalifa. It took nearly an hour to get the issue resolved.

1.00It was awful. I bought 5 VIP tickets to Dubai Burj Khalifa Sky.. When we got there at the time of our appointment with the printed ticket in my hand as requested, they told me that there was no reservation, I could not understand how Viator sent me tickets that were not valid. Thanks to the employeer at Burj and that we have another day in Dubai to be able to go next day.
