To get you onto main transportation, we will pick you up at the time and location you specify by a transfer vehicle. The journey will take about 6 hours by the express way. Budget travelers will find comfort aboard sleeping buses. Because the curtain may be closed with a monitor in the cabin, the VIP and Cabin Bus are options for those who desire some privacy. A VIP Cabin Bus is larger than a regular Cabin Bus. Large passenger seats are available in limousines for early morning trips.

Driver cancelled on us 1hr before the pick up time!! Company was not contactable via. Viator, WhatsApp or the 24/7 customer service number they provided. We were contacted by the company provider to request we cancel the booking as they will not be able to pick us up 1 hour (5:45pm) before the agreed pick up time (7pm). I had tried to get in contact with them 24 hours before the pick up time to confirm the details as the website said the driver would contact me to confirm the pick up location and drop off. No one responded or contacted me. Then at 5:45pm on the day of pick up they contact and asked me to cancel the booking. When I tried to cancel the booking there was no option on the drop down menu for the driver not being able to pick us up. It said we would need to pay 100% of the cost due to cancelling less than 24 hours before the booking time. I would like to request a 100% refund as this was not our fault and the company had told us to cancel the booking. I have emailed the company with no response about a refund!!!!

Lack of assistance or direction is shocking once you book. Was at our location waiting to be picked up for a bus they never came. Messaged with no support.

The staff helped us with any questions we had regards to our booking. They even helped us store our luggage while waiting for the bus. Bus was clean and spacious

Cabin bus exactly as advertised. Blankets smelled fine. They picked us up at the hotel by motorbike and took us to the bus. There were bathroom breaks every 2 hours which made the trip take a little longer.
