The staff helped us with any questions we had regards to our booking. They even helped us store our luggage while waiting for the bus. Bus was clean and spacious

Cabin bus exactly as advertised. Blankets smelled fine. They picked us up at the hotel by motorbike and took us to the bus. There were bathroom breaks every 2 hours which made the trip take a little longer.
Got us door to door with no hiccups.

Clean cabins, and friendly and responsive agency. One tip: the cabins all the way to the back are considerably smaller than the rest, so try to avoid those.
