1.00Unprofessional company, stay away. Driver was scheduled for pickup at 5pm for a scheduled event at 6pm, 50 min away. Rang company a 5.15pm, at 5.25 driver rings to say he just got booking and would be 30 min away. Cancelled then had to find alternate transportation. At 5.55 driver rings to say arrived by which time traffic to event now over 90 min. Glad I made call to cancel..

1.00I had a very disappointing experience with the vendor I booked through Viator. My attempts to coordinate support through the app were met with silence; despite reaching out multiple times and even prompting the vendor through Viator, they did not respond. On the day of our scheduled tour, the vendor unexpectedly canceled our booking, which was incredibly frustrating. Prior to the cancellation, I had been in contact with the driver, who assured me that everything was on track. The driver even confirmed the pickup time and was clear about when the tour would conclude. Despite this early and direct communication, the management team of the vendor abruptly decided to cancel my tour, leaving me without any alternative arrangements. I had booked a private driver for a significant 10-hour time frame, and the total lack of organization and professionalism from this vendor is unacceptable. It tarnishes the otherwise good reputation of Viator, especially considering that I have utilized their services in four other countries without a hitch. While I found Viator's support team to be extremely helpful in addressing my concerns, this experience has been the worst I have encountered. I would advise others to consider private drivers for their travel needs. However, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this particular vendor.
