  We had a driver booked for a 9am pickup and had a booking at the Burj for 10am. Our driver failed to pick us up and after no reply to messages and phones calls we had to get a taxi to our 10am booking. This was extremely disappointing as we only had 2 full days in Dubai so therefore were unable to do the things we were wanting to do.

  If I could give less than ⭐ 1 Star, I would. I booked an all-day driver service, but the company never showed up and provided no communication at all. I waited at the scheduled pickup location, tried reaching out multiple times, and received no response. This completely ruined the plans I had for the day. I’ve requested a refund, but the lack of reliability and customer service was incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a dependable experience.

  The driver i booked first our first day was wonderful. Very kind and knowledgeable of the area. I only gave the reservation four stars because i requested the same driver and they sent someone different.

  Unprofessional company, stay away. Driver was scheduled for pickup at 5pm for a scheduled event at 6pm, 50 min away. Rang company a 5.15pm, at 5.25 driver rings to say he just got booking and would be 30 min away. Cancelled then had to find alternate transportation. At 5.55 driver rings to say arrived by which time traffic to event now over 90 min. Glad I made call to cancel..
