We weren’t aware before we started the tour that the falls weren’t actually running due to lack of recent rainfall but this made little difference as the place was awesome anyway. Our guide Jeni ensured that we had a great tour and endeavoured to show us not only Cedar Creek but also other points of interest in the vicinity. She conducted the tour with humour, a lot of local knowledge and had our interests at heart throughout. Highly recommended without the waterfall, goodness knows how awesome it will be when we return after rainfall! Thanks for a fabulous few hours Jeni, you’re a star!

Unfortunately the falls weren't flowing on the day we booked our trip but our tour guide Jeni took us to so many places that we otherwise wouldn't have seen, she has a great sense of humour and we all had home made scones and chocolate cake. We still went out to the falls which were lovely all in all it was a really good day.

This was a perfect short day trip. Our host was very friendly. There was only ourselves and another couple on board, so there was lots of space in the bus. The falls are amazing. Beautiful place to swim. We brought our own shoes for the water but they provided some incase we didn't. Worth while trip. It was nice that it was only a short trip rather than all day.

Jenny was a great guide, excellent and informative, and funny. Our family had a great time. If you are ok with cold water, wear your swimmers, and some shoes with good grip, if you plan to climb to the top of the falls. Plenty of photo ops, and a great morning tea provided.

Both the bus driver and tour guide were very friendly and informative. The ranger assisted us with ur climb to the top of the waterfall. Very proud of our selves and enjoyed the views. A good afternoon to explore the area more than just the seaside. Enjoyed our tour very much thanks to the Cedar Creek Express staff.

I would definitely recommend this company and the tour to Cedar Creek Falls. The Falls are a must see. Unfortunately my husband was taken ill and our guide, Jenny and the company went above and beyond in helping us. I would like to say a big thank you and my husband is feeling so much better.

Whilst I expected this to be good, I never expected it to be such a unique and wonderful experience. We had the luxury of having Jeni all to ourselves and we had the best day of our entire trip. Jeni’s humour and knowledge of the area was amazing and no ask was too big nor small. Absolutely and highly recommend, thanks again Jeni! 🤗
