Chef Scott was amazing! We had the best time learning to make the yummiest dishes! I’ve made ceviche for years, but this was hands down the BEST ceviche I’ve ever had. He kept all the techniques simple and true to the culture. The empanadas were delicious! And the original mojito recipe 👌🏼 Highly recommend this class for ALL skill levels of cooking!

We had a great experience with Chel Scott (20+ year expat from Southern California) who is a trained chef and pleasant host. His local knowledge is undeniable and deep. The facility is exceptional. The portions are generous. The view is exceptional. If you enjoy cooking and mojitos, this is your class!

We had the best time! Chef Scott was amazing and the food was so good. I read through different reviews and so happy we picked this one. Actually got to cook and had a variety of cocktails with local fruits that were delicious. Open kitchen overlooking the volcano and town…couldn’t ask for a better setting. Seriously if you’re gonna do a cooking class this is the one!!

This was one of our favorite things that we did on our trip to Costa Rica. The food was so good and was a really hands on experience. Also they have a dog rescue there and we volunteered to walk dogs after cooking.
