You will learn Scott’s personal recipes, techniques, get to participate in the creation of them, and of course sit down to enjoy the fruits of your labor.

What To Expect
Join Chef Scott Alan and his local chefs for a fun and entertaining morning of Costa Rican cooking while learning how to make delicious appetizers and cocktails. During this appetizer workshop, you’ll get a delicious taste of what Costa Rican cooking is all about. A minimum of 2 people are required for the class.

5.00Chef Scott was amazing! We had the best time learning to make the yummiest dishes! I’ve made ceviche for years, but this was hands down the BEST ceviche I’ve ever had. He kept all the techniques simple and true to the culture. The empanadas were delicious! And the original mojito recipe 👌🏼 Highly recommend this class for ALL skill levels of cooking!

5.00We had the best time! Chef Scott was amazing and the food was so good. I read through different reviews and so happy we picked this one. Actually got to cook and had a variety of cocktails with local fruits that were delicious. Open kitchen overlooking the volcano and town…couldn’t ask for a better setting. Seriously if you’re gonna do a cooking class this is the one!!

5.00This was one of our favorite things that we did on our trip to Costa Rica. The food was so good and was a really hands on experience. Also they have a dog rescue there and we volunteered to walk dogs after cooking.
