Super Great group and tour guide! The snacks and lunch was yummy and the tour guide was so informative. Only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is because the bus was really cramped, if your 6 foot your gonna be realllly uncomfortable sitting there. But other than that I def recommend this tour!!!

Family of five took this express tour of Chichen Itza and were so fortunate to have Sergio as our guide and Falcon as our driver. They were both excellent and made the tour so enjoyable. 16 people in the group/van. Picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel in Playacar. Pick up was at 6:55am. Arrived around 8:40am. (One hour time change). Sergio provided some info in Van on the way to the site, and was very knowledgeable at the site explaining the culture and history of the structures and the Mayan civilization and culture. The road into the site and all around the area had many many vendors selling their wares and you had about an hour after to shop or explore on your own. I recommend bringing cash (pesos or usd) as card readers often didn’t work for vendors (did work at cafe and gift shop). Box lunch was delicious (sandwich, chips, beverage). Small cafe with drinks and snacks, small gift shop with post cards, gifts and other items). Bathrooms available at entrance and inside site area. It gets hot! Very strict no smoking, vaping, no touching structures. Left at about 12:15, back to hotel by about 3:15 (one hour time change). Van was air conditioned. Recommend Dramamine if you struggle with motion sickness as the roads and the larger van made for a bit of a bouncy ride. So glad we took this express tour as it was a full day! Still had time to relax at the resort when we got back. Highly recommend. Thanks Sergio and Falcon!

Ricardo was an awesome guide and Jesus a great driver. Loved the small group vibe and the guide’s energy—learned a lot! Chichén Itzá was beautiful, and the cenote stop was great.

The experience was excellent. Nestor took us and Lalo was our guide. Really the two of them made the experience the best. Patience and the guide’s willingness made a difference. You can tell he loves his country and how much he knows about history

Chichen Itze is a must see, but the park is overcrowded and traffic control non existent. Prepared for it to be warm! Our guide was excellent and navigated us efficiently to the most important pieces, then gave us an hour to explore on our own. This is a long drive from coastal resorts (2 hours each way) but lunch and water were included. I preferred Tulum for being less touristy. A lot of merchants at Chichen Itze and time to shop.
