Please bring a refillable water bottle, as single-use plastic bottles are not allowed within the Tulum archaeological site.
The pickup time depends on your hotel's location.

No devices are allowed inside the cenote.
GoPro devices, tablets, and selfie sticks are subject to fees payable directly at the box office in the Tulum Ruins. Professional photography equipment and drones are strictly prohibited.

5.00Really good trip picked up from hotel about 25 minute drive to archeological site very informative and interesting guide ‘Lalo’ explained all and then we had an hour to explore and take pictures there was chocolate tasting and tequila tasting if you wanted that. Back in vehicle we were given a snack and water then on to the amazing cenote where you explored the caves and saw the interesting creatures that lived in the dark. Fantastic experience! Back to coach next stop was to get life jacket, boat and snorkel to swim with the sea turtles, we saw 4 in total that day but other fish too and small ray like fish, back in vehicle to lunch which was really lovely and fresh the area we ate was also beautiful (little raccoons watching too!) it really was a fantastic day everything was ready to go no queuing up we were picked up and dropped off perfectly by the driver ‘sexy corona’ ‘Lalo’ is a diamond

4.00We did an excursion today with Cancun Adventures--it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish! Our tour guides, Giselle and Saul, along with our amazing driver Manuel, made the entire day absolutely incredible. We booked the sea turtle swimming, cenote visit, and authentic Mexican lunch. Cenote Soñó was truly magical—a stunning water cave that felt like stepping into another world. Learning that cenotes are sacred to the Mayans made the experience even more meaningful. We also had professional photos taken at the cenote and the beach club, which were nice keepsakes from the day. For the sea turtle portion, definitely bring your own camera if you want personal photos. There is a photographer available, but it comes at an extra charge. Snorkeling with the turtles was absolutely surreal! Our group was about 12 people, so the snorkeling portion could have been even better if divided into smaller groups for more space and ease in the water. I also had a little moment of panic in the ocean, and the guides were patient, calm, and supportive towards me. Their kindness helped me feel safe, which helped me to enjoy the experience fully. Lunch at the exclusive beach club was another highlight. The food was authentic and delicious—burritos, tacos, and ceviches, plus a traditional Mexican dessert and coffee. It was the perfect way to end the excursion! This was a half-day trip, which we loved because we were able to return to the resort with plenty of daytime left to relax. Thank you to Giselle and Saul, who went above and beyond! They were professional, knowledgeable, really funny, caring, and attentive to individual needs. I highly recommend this tour! It was exciting, informative, beautiful, and truly one of the best days of our vacation!
