The tour includes architectural and literature information not just food. An easy walk for most people. The food was a good portion and we met some various people. We would recommend.

My husband and I absolutely loved this tour! We did it as part of our 10 year anniversary celebration in San Francisco. Andre was an incredible guide. Super knowledgeable, engaging, and eager to answer all of our question. Even as someone who grew up in the city, I was amazed by how much I learned about Chinatown’s rich history and the landmarks that make San Francisco so special. I couldn’t believe North Beach was once the edge of the city! I always assumed that the Embarcadero was part of San Francisco from the very beginning. That definitely blew my mind. The food and tea experience were exceptional, too. I do recommend that people bring an extra bag for all the things you’ll buy along the tour. Thanks for an amazing experience Andre & Viator. We’ll be recommending this tour to everyone we know.

Great tour! So many great places! My only wish was that all the wonderful places that were being recommended could have been shared via email later with the names and addresses so I could go back to them all!

Andre was a fantastic guide! An SF native who makes sure to give you a thorough breakdown of all the spots you eat at. Also gives you the history of the areas of the city you walk through. 10/10 experience, would definitely do it again!

Fantastic experience! Food was delicious and we were able to try great places that were off the beaten path. Our tour guide Ryan was knowledgeable and made the experience fun! His love for the city came through in every story he shared & place we visited. It was the best San Francisco experience & a must do for anyone who visits the city & likes to eat. If I could give this tour 10 stars I would.

This was a wonderful introduction to Chinatown and north Beach locations and restaurants. We have been here before but Andre’s insight and stories made it all seem new. The portions were generous and a variety of stops. Especially loved the fortune cookie shop and the tea room. Don’t forget to wear comfy shoes and wish for the type of weather we had today.

Every detail in his commentary reflects his deep knowledge of the topics and the genuine passion that drives him. After taking tours in many cities over the years, I can confidently say this was one of the most interesting, fun, and well-organized experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you, André, for your kindness and attention to detail! PS : The tour took place on Halloween, which made it even more special and fun!😅 Highly recommend this tour in San Francisco!!!
