A lovely guide who can explain the chocolate making process in a funny way. We also had to try things, like grinning the chocolate beans, tasting it,... He also makes a link with ecology and conserving nature what is very inspiring.

Highly recommend for adults and children. Chocolate is reviewed from plant through an excellent finished product with demonstrations using very basic (all manually) production processes and lots of participation and tasting.

This was a tour de force given by the highly spirited & dedicated Heinner. The tour is not the usual type of viewing but encourages audience participation to humourous delight. It's not cheap but very well worth it for the education imparted and with tasty samples to illustrate all the different processes involved in creating chocolate 🍫.

Excellent tour we enjoyed it very much. We really liked the chocolate tasting and we really appreciate recognizing the chocolate varieties that come out as chocolate is processed.
