Be prepared for it to be a long day but worth every minute. Our guide was very knowledgeable and everything ran smoothly and on time. It would be very hard for you to do something like this by yourself but not impossible.

Wow! It's worth a visit! Very nice day. Our guide Emma was excellent. She gave us lots of relevant information about the villages and surroundings. She also made some recommendations (what to eat/what to visit) for each village. I loved my experience. Meeting point easy to find the morning of departure (at the station). Comfortable passenger bus with air conditioning and wifi on board.

This day was very organized and our guide Dani did a great job translating in three different languages. If you’re in Florence and looking for a one day excursion to Cinque Terre without having to navigate the train system to get there, this is a very good option.

Be careful with the price. It might seem cheap at first, but it only includes a transfer to Levanto, not the actual tour. We didn’t realise it was just a bus transfer, which was our mistake, but once you realise the train is cheaper and more convenient, it feels like a poor choice. We were asked to pay an extra €55 each for the tour, which wasn’t made clear when booking. The bus was also advertised as having WiFi and toilets, but neither was available. They told us to meet back at 4:30 at the same place we were dropped off, but the bus didn’t arrive until more than 20 minutes later. We had to stand outside in the unbearable heat and weren’t allowed back on the coach while we waited. Honestly, if I had known this beforehand, I would have just booked a train ticket straight to Monterosso and bought the Cinque Terre pass myself. It would have saved money and let us explore at our own pace. I’m sharing this so other travellers know what to expect. I really wish I had planned this differently.
