Red Route: First departure from stop 1 - 9am. Last departure from stop 1 - 5pm. Duration - 80 minutes. Frequency - every 40 minutes.
Blue Route: First departure from stop 1 - 9am. Last departure from stop 1 - 5pm. Duration - 130 minutes. Frequency - every 40 minutes
Sunset and Night Tour is not a hop-on hop-off tour. There is 1 loop per day. The tour lasts 2 hours. Pick up times: Stop 1 (Zabeel Area Parking Bus Stop - Dubai Mall) at 6pm, Stop 2 (Mina Seyahi - Dubai Marina) at 6:45pm, Stop 3 (Atlantis The Palm) at 7pm, Stop 4 (Fairmont the Palm) at 7:05pm, Stop 5 (Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah) at 7:05pm, Stop 6 (Souk Madinat Jumeirah) at 7:20pm, Stop 7 (Mall of the Emirates) at 7:30pm

3.00The bus picked up from outside our hotel at JBR so we asked for a map and booked 2 days. The first day we stopped at the museum of the future before getting back on and listening to the guide through headphones back to JBR. The second day we stopped at the souks and finished the tour to get back to JBR. You are on the bus a very long time due to the heavy amount of traffic so it does take a long time. We didn’t have time to do more than one stop on both days. It’s meant to run every 40 minutes. We got of me at the souk and was done within 30 minutes so waited to be picked up and the bus didn’t turn up so we were waiting a long time for the next bus which meant we didn’t then have time to do another stop. We didn’t leave the pick up area just incase it was running late but it didn’t turn up until the time the following bus should have been. It was a long wait in 35 degrees heat with hardly any shade. It made me feel quite poorly but I didn’t want to miss it if it was running late. What would also be helpful would be if there could be some announcements on which stops had toilets nearly. One day we were on the bus for almost 4 hours and was desperate for the toilet but didn’t want to get off at a random stop and have to go searching a busy city for toilets for then have to wait a long time for the next bus. I wouldn’t recommend as the buses aren’t every 40 mins and with no WiFi in some areas couldn’t check the app so a lot of waiting around in the heat, Pros were though there was water available on the bus included with your ticket. The second day though when we visited the old town the air conditioning was very poor on the bus and everyone was really struggling. Many of us got off at a different bus stop to the one we were heading for because we couldn’t handle it on the bus much longer. This definitely needs addressing as when you are sold it you are told it’s well air conditioned. We sat downstairs in the closed air area due to needed to be cool. When we sat out on the open top although you get the breeze we got really sore faces and heads due to how hot it was.

3.00It was an ok experience until we had to wait at a stop, and both the bus driver and another employee got insistent that we write a top review. When I just hit five stars to get them off my back, on of them came back and showed me the rating and wanted me to add text. I said no thank you and he kept at it until I got annoyed. They hung over my travel companion and virtually dictated her review demanding she mention them by name. She felt pressured. The whole experience was unpleasant and ruined our impression. I think they must have some kind of reward system for good reviews as this was next level. I also don’t think they would be this forceful with a man. Not good!
