USS Arizona Memorial
The USS Arizona Memorial is a white, open-air structure that spans the remains of the sunken battleship. It's a solemn and quiet place, designed to allow visitors to reflect on the sacrifices made by the sailors and Marines who were lost during the attack Viewing the Wreckage: Inside the memorial you can look down into the water to see parts of the sunken battleship. The ship's outline is visible just below the surface, and oil droplets, often referred to as "The Tears of the Arizona," can still be seen rising to the surface Remembrance Wall: At the far end of the memorial is a wall inscribed with the names of the 1,177 crew members who lost their lives aboard the USS Arizona. This wall serves as a powerful reminder of the human cost of war

Great tour! Summer was very informative and gave us a great itinerary for making the most of our visit to Pearl Harbor. Enjoyed listening to Summer sharing about Hawaiian history and culture.

It was fun. The lines are long, and much of it is self guided. Each stop does offer a guided tour but make sure you purchase the right tickets. No one tells you that in the aviation room they offer a headset that guides you through the museum. Also, for an extra $10 per person you can try to fly a plane. They also have food there. So don't worry about lunch. There are restaurants throughout all the stops. I really like our bus driver, he gave us a tour of the city after the museum. I'd highly recommend this tour! My husband is a history nut. He loved it!!

It was quite the tour, with many activities included. No problem with having tickets for each event. Very educational!! Our guide was very educational during the bus part of the trip. Viator gave us a reminder the day before the trip, reminded us where and when to meet the pickup. They were on time.

Overall a great experience. Driver picked us up on time and provided good knowledge with Hawaiian history, and good instructions at the Pearl Harbour site. My only criticism is actually with bookings on site with the Arizona Memorial boat trip. They have a system where you need to register your details and phone number for your allocated trip. They text you when you need to go to the embarkation point. However, if you do not have an American mobile number, you cannot receive the text!!!!!! What they don't explain clearly is that to get around this, when you enter your details, you are given an allocated number on screen that you need to take a photo of. Then, wait around an hour, and then go to the embarkation point and show the photo of the number to the operative at the gate who can then search, check, and confirm your booking. We only found this out after two attempts to register, and 2 hours waiting for a text, when we returned to the desk and the correct procedure was explained.

When I booked this "tour," I was aware that I was primarily booking transportation to a self-guided tour at Pearl Harbor. However, I didn't realize this purchase did not include transportation between sites at Pearl Harbor. Truthfully, purchasing this tour is unnecessary. We could have saved several hours of time and a couple of hundred dollars by purchasing the "passport to Pearl Harbor" ticket directly through the park and Ubering to Pearl Harbor. All you are getting with this purchase is shared bus transportation to the park with some spitfire Hawaii facts along the way, and the company purchases the "passport to Pearl Harbor" ticket for you. We also had some issues. We booked this tour for a 7 a.m. start time. The day before the tour, we received a message that our new pickup time would be 6:10 a.m. Then the bus didn't arrive until after 6:30 a.m. Our driver was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and he provided interesting information on the drive to the park, but his accent was difficult to understand. The bus dropped us off at the visitor center at 7:30 a.m. and the driver told us to be back at 2:30 p.m.. Shuttle services provided by the park then brought us between the USS Arizona, the USS Missouri, etc. After our time was up, we had to wait in the parking lot for an extra 30 minutes because one of the other people on our tour bus didn't come back in time. Then the drive home was extended for a downtown Honolulu tour, but really we were just dropped off at one historical building to take photos for 10 minutes.

We had a wonderful time with Summer and Junior today at Pearl Harbour. They were both very friendly, very informative, took care of us. The only thing that I have negative to say, and this isn’t Summer or Juniors fault, was that the tour took us there, and picked us up afterwards. Whereas last time I came 4 years ago the tour guide took us everywhere in Pearl Harbour, and were provided lunch.
