What To Expect

- Arrive at 85 Pham Quang Anh, An Hai, Son Tra, Da Nang 10 minutes before your booking time get ready for the class. - Going to the local market with your cooking instructor, handpicking your own ingredients for your meals while learning the local ways of life. - Coming back to the class, making your meals from scratch under the instruction of Vietnamese chef and learning the histories and stories behind those dishes. - Enjoy your creations, receiving a certificate and a cookbook.

This cooking class was excellent. We started with a trip to the market to get all the ingredients & then cooked 4 classic Vietnamese dishes, plus a salted coffee. It was very hands on class, which was great. Lily, our tutor, was fantastic, she gave very clear instructions, was knowledgeable & was good fun too. The groups are small, in fact there was just myself and 1 other person today, which was great. The whole morning was well organised and we were able to eat everything after the class, which was a lot & very yummy! There was so much we took the rest with us! We were given a booklet with all the recipes, so I should be able to recreate the dishes at home. I would highly recommend this cookery class, thoroughly enjoyed it and Lily was fabulous. Think it souks suit people of all cooking ability and experience & felt it was great value too.

it was a very fun and fulfilling experience. had the best time with our instructor hai who made us feel at home. she very patiently explained every part of the process for us and constantly tried to include us in the process. we had a very good time learning from her with her cheerful attitude and bubbly personality. the course was very fun with many different components, and many different dishes that we learnt how to cook. we even got to bring home a booklet of recipes which we feel is very useful.

Lily and Hai were lovely. We arrived on a wet gray afternoon so to spur things up, Lily taught us some card games while Hai made her way to the market to procure the fresh ingredients. The class was very clear and enjoyable and the food, the perfect cherry on top of an impeccable experience. Highly recommend

We had an amazing experience with Lily she was friendly, helpful and informative. We learned a lot about picking out the ingredients and cooking this dishes. I can now confidently make the dishes at home. I definitely recommend this if you’re visiting Da Nang!

We booked our cooking class at the last moment and we were surprised by this experience! With Lily we went to the local market to buy the ingredients, then we prepared everything to eventually eat a very delicious lunch!! Lily has given us a lot of explanations and was willing to share more from the local culture and experiences, we really felt like at home. We asked to cook vegetarian dishes, which were simply excellent!! Our best experience in Da Nang and for sure something I suggest you to do here, there is no better way to learn to know this beautiful culture!! Absolutely worth it!!!

We had such a great time here!! 🤩 Lily is just amazing, she brought us to the local market to buy the ingredients and showed us how to cook different traditional recipes (we choose to cook vegetarian and there was no problem!! She adapted the recipes to our request), she was professional, kind and very friendly!! Can’t recommend it enough 🥰🥰!!

Great fun, and delicious Vietnamnese food! Well organised, nice to go to the market beforehand as well. Blue was an excellent host and great chat. Would highly recommend!
