This unique private tour starts with convenient pickup from your location and then takes you via Corinth Canal to Peloponnese. Drive via the coastal scenic road to Epidaurus. Visit Asclepios sanctuary & famous ancient Theater. Continue to Historical town of Nafplion. Have lunch in front water. Next we visit the Acropolis of Mycenae & Agamemnon palace with the famous Lions Gate. Last we visit Ancient Corinth and we return via Corinth Canal to Athens.

You Have the options of 3 different Vehicles types: Sedan (up to 2 adults + 2 kids - up to 10 years old free) - Minivan ( from 1 to 7 persons - 2 kids/ up to 10 years old free ) - Minibus ( from 1 to 14 persons - 2 kids/ up to 10 years old free). Price varies by Group Size or Vehicle type.
The driver is not a licensed tour guide to accompany you on your walk inside any site or museum. If you require an archaeologist guide to tour the sites with you, you need to hire one additionally. Your driver provides informative documentary & historical details as you travel.
Your tour is private & flexible and available from/ to Athens or from/ to Nafplio. However we only request to have in mind the agreement hours. But if you like to extend it, please make a fair arrangement with your tour driver/ leader. Additional charge per hour is 30€ (Sedan) - 45€ (Minivan) - 60€ (Minibus).

What To Expect
Corinth Canal
Drive from your hotel via Corinth canal to Pelponnese. The marvelous man-made Corinth canal connecting the Aegean and Ionian seas, as well as the Peloponnese peninsula with the central part of Greece. More than 2500 workers digging 6.400m for twelve years (from 1881 to 1893) Stop for photography, walk across on a pedestrian bridge and admire the canal from 80 m high
The Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus
The Ancient Theater of Epidaurus is located on the southeast end of the sanctuary dedicated to the ancient Greek God of medicine, Asclepius. It is built on the west side of Cynortion Mountain, near modern Lygourio, and belongs to the Epidaurus Municipality. It is considered to be the most perfect ancient Greek theater with regard to acoustics and aesthetics. Entance fee includes Museum ticket.

5.00Chris was an exceptional driver and guide! He was on time, professional and courteous, and had lots of inside knowledge that really enhanced our trip. He really helped us experience and appreciate Nafplio more than we would have on our own, and made the rest of the tour low stress and easy. It was so much better with him - can’t say it enough!

1.00First, the positive: our driver was wonderful, warm, friendly, and extremely accommodating. The remainder is all negative: although there was a lady on the van with a microphone, she spoke no English. In Greece, if there is no one to explain the history and answer questions, you are just looking at old stones. It is the stories that make the history come alive. The tour company's answer was that a licensed archeological guide costs more. But we did not need a licensed archeological guide -- we just needed an English-speaker who was familiar with Greek history. Instead, there were short audiotapes played on the van, like on a hop-on-hop-off bus. Not only were these very difficult to hear, but when paying over $1,000 for a tour, one expects more than available on a hop-on-hop-off bus.

5.00We had Nicholaos as our private driver for this tour. We were able to change our trip to accommodate our wishes and so didn’t go to Corinth this particular trip. He was very personable , answered our questions about the sites and we felt very safe in his vehicle. We highly recommend Nicholaos !

5.00This tour packs the best archeological sites in the Peloponnese in one day. Our driver was excellent. He showed us the route on the map, supplied books to review, and a video to watch during our drive from Athens, which helped put the sites in perspective. It was incredible to see all these sites - Corinth Canal, Ancient Corinth, Arcocorinth, Mycenae, the Treasury of Atreus, Sanctuary of Asklepios, and the Epidaurus Theatre. Lunch in Nafplio was really nice. It would have been nice to spend more time there to explore the town, but we understand that time was limited given the itinerary. The only negative was the description led us to believe the tickets to the sites were included, but they were not.
