The private van was perfect for this busy day. It was comfortable and getting picked up right from your accommodation makes the process so smooth. I loved how intimate it was, it didn’t feel like a forced or rushed tour. Our driver, Filip, was excellent as well.

Driver - Pavol - had no idea of the history or context of these locations. He merely stated what the locations were in a sentence each.

This trip started in Vienna and took us to Slovakia and then Budapest. Thomas was not only our driver but also our guide and photographer. He was a very nice and kind person. On the way to Slovakia, Thomas made sure we were safe and comfortable in the van. In Slovakia, he gave us a tour of Bratislava Castle and then the Old Town, where he shared some interesting historical facts about the area. He also gave us an hour of free time, during which we discovered the oldest bakery in town. Our next stop was Budapest, which took about 2.5 hours to reach (if I’m not mistaken). Before giving us some free time, Thomas gave us a brief history of the Parliament building and pointed out a few notable sights. We explored Buda Castle, located on top of a hill, which offered a stunning view of the Danube River. The trip was long, of course, but definitely worth the money—much better than taking a train to each country. Highly recommended!

Great experience! The van was comfortable, the group size was small, and our guide was amazing. Tomas was friendly, shared interesting information about Bratislava and Budapest, without it feeling scripted, just very natural conversation amongst the group. The two cities were beautiful and a great way to get a quick taste of both! Tomas was very efficient and always available should anyone need help. Perfect mix between a guided tour and having time to explore the cities on your own. The only stressful part was not having our pickup confirmed until the night before. It is a fine way to do it, but it would have been appreciated if that was in the description. Other than that, amazing!
