The Kelpies & The Helix
We depart Edinburgh and head for the stunning Kelpies, the world's largest equine sculptures dedicated to the horse-powered heritage of Central Scotland, designed by Andy Scott. They also celebrate the mythological transforming beasts living in our lochs, rivers and streams, who possess the strength and endurance of 100 horses.
Balmaha
Head west through Scotland's central belt towards the ‘Bonnie Banks of Loch Lomond’ where we take time at Balmaha to admire views of Ben Lomond. Here, you will have the opportunity to go on a woodland walk that will afford you great views of the loch. Standing on its bank you will understand why Loch Lomond has been immortalised in a world-famous song.
Includes Stirling Castle Entry: Stirling Castle is arguably the most impressive and historically important castle in Scotland. Entry included approx 2.5 hrs.

Nice experience, full trip, Sophie very good and engaging, nice idea to play Scottish songs and explain them. Perhaps it would take an extra hour to visit Stirling Castle better, audio guide a bit poor in content (eg the audio of Stirling Castle)

We had an amazing 12-hour trip around the Highlands! The tour was very well organized, and the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the journey even more enjoyable with interesting stories and fun facts. Everything went smoothly, and we got to see so many beautiful places in one day. It was truly an unforgettable experience — highly recommended!

Having walked a lot through Edinburgh, this is a blissful change. Let yourself be whisked away for a day along passing Scottish landscapes, in a comfortable van with a funny guide (Alister), who is also well versed in historical facts, stories and facts. Four stops to stretch your legs and empty your bladder: the Kelpies, Loch Lomond (Balmaha Bay), Stirling Castle and on the way back a viewpoint where you can see three breathtaking bridges. Topper was the visit to the castle! Tip: choose a sunny day, to enjoy the sunset when you return. Very satisfied with this trip! Tastes like more.

Torva was our tour guide-he was witty and very knowledgeable about Scottish history! Really great narration of history with an occasional touch of British humor. Absolutely delightful! The castle and Loch Lomond were a fabulous day trip! Dana Hindman-Allen and Randy Allen (husband and wife)
