Wonderful surprise gift for my son's 50th Birthday. The cost was very reasonable for trip plus I was able to reserve the two front seats so my son could really enjoy it. Still in awe of the Grand Canyon. Plus a surprise landing on the top with a picnic basket and champagne toast.

This was a perfect experience - from making the reservation to experiencing the flight. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They made sure that my husband (who has a bad leg) got a front seat in the helicopter. Our pilot was friendly and informative and made us all comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and this experience!

We were very excited to ride a helicopter over the Hoover Dam and Las Vegas strip. It was going to be a highlight of our visit. The company, Papillon Helicopters, called about 2 hrs prior to the time we were scheduled to fly to CANCEL. I was told that The reason for them canceling was because they were not able to get other customers to go. I am very disappointed. However They did try to get us booked on another day but our schedule was already full and they couldn’t accommodate a flyover the very next day, which would have been acceptable. Maybe next time. Maybe next time They promised a speedy full refund back to my credit card. I do not see anything yet in my account. This could be because it’s the weekend. I will check again during the week days.
They offered me a Front Seat, but there wasn't one. Was seated on the wrong side for the Hoover Dam. Deeply disappointed

On arrival at the airport I had forgotten I needed photo ID, however the lady there was very helpful and we sorted it out using my phone as ID. She asked if I would like a front seat, and I said I would happily pay for one, then was told to wait and she would sort out the money afterwards. After the safety talk we were bussed to the helicopter with photos taken,(poor quality) when I reminded the pilot that I had requested a front seat, he said there were already 2 at the front. I was deeply disappointed and would gladly have waited for a later flight. I was seated behind the pilot and oddly was told, "You'll get a great view of The Strip there" The flight was exciting, but when it came to the Hoover Dam,(my main reason for flying) it was on the opposite side of the helicopter and I saw it for 4 seconds. I quickly tried to take a photo as we flew away. Back at the office I told them how disappointed I was, and suggested they might ask future passengers what their priority would be, The Strip or the Dam, (before they actually seated them), so they would be on the best side for viewing their preference. Thanks for the flight

Upon arrival the staff members were very friendly and attentive. We had Ali as our pilot. She made sure to give my wife a smooth ride from take-off to landing. Not only did she give us a smooth ride but she was very knowledgeable about Las Vegas history. We really enjoyed it, highly recommend!

Very good service from start to finish. Easy to book online and cheaper than buying on the strip, very convenient pick up from our hotel, friendly and polite staff and very pleasant pre flight lounge. Informative staff and video pre flight and Henry our pilot made the most of the trip with lots of information about what we were flying over. Hoover Dam and strip flyover was around 30mins flight and for my wife that was enough. We both really enjoyed the views, a perspective of things you can not get from anywhere else. Would highly recommend this company.
