Come with me for a walk through the city center of Ghent and discover some interesting places. We stroll through interesting buildings - young and old - such as St. Bavo's Cathedral where the world famous Lamb of God is kept, the belfry with its dragon, the old port that was built in the Middle Ages, and so much more ...
We discover the enormous tradition of 'the Burgundian way of life' with a large number of Flemish specialties such as the enormous range of beers, chocolate and of course the Belgian waffles!

We had an excellent and well prepared walk and talk through old Ghent with Wim, an historian and teacher. If you really want to spend two hours eating chocolate this isn't for you, but if you want to get s grip of how and why Ghent is as it is, then book up!
