Direction to the meeting point- By taxi: ask for drop-off at Marina Mansion. Once you get down in front of Marina Mansion. Please cross the road through pedestrian crossing and walk towrds a ramp going down (next to the bridge), walk down the ramp and take left to see our meeting point.

Please arrive 30 mins prior to departure and relax at our fully air conditioned free wifi lounge.

Check in close 15 mins prior to departure.

From meeting with Karin on the walk way, who is an asset to your company with his courteous, friendly and informative manner. We had a serene and relaxing cruise around the marina, the crew were excellent, professional, helpful and friendly, boat was very clean and comfortable, a lovely way to see a different aspect of the marina, would highly recommend.

Staff on board was very friendly and helpful. Its a shame the boat was overpacked which meant people were arguing over getting a seat. This really runied the entire experience . This also meant people couldnt get a photo of the view(the dubai eye and the sky line) without the person next to you in the photo. The boat trip was also booked and paid for for the trip at 6:30 pm but on the day told due to availability, it would be starting at 7pm- which would have been fine but the boat actually left after 7:30 which meant we were late for our following dinner reservation.

Incredible family experience. Great one hour experience with a 3 year old. Staff so amazing to us. Lovely luxury boat. Incredible staff especially will be back for the two hour one !
