1.00Person was not at my gate gave me instructions which after a 14 hour flight just couldn’t comprehend with the amount of luggage dragging all over the airport . Definitely not a good experience needless to say and hour later I just took a taxi

5.00Everything was perfect! Our driver Adnan Aziz was extremely attentive and helpful and gave great insights for places to see in Dubai. Very friendly and picked us up from the airport to our hotel on time. Will definitely book transportation service through them in the future.

3.00The drive from the airport to the hotel was perfect. However there was a long wait at the airport for the car to come, there are people waiting with a name sign but you have to wait with them for quite a while for the car to arrive. The messages that state where to meet the driver are completely wrong and we walked around the airport for over 30 minutes trying to find them. When we did find them they wouldn’t accept that their message was incorrect - just said it had changed and this was ‘always’ where they meet people - not helpful to first timers! There was also a hidden fee, and had to pay almost the same price again before we were allowed into the car because our hotel was outside of a specific radius from the airport.
