What To Expect
Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo
The Aquarium Tank is the first thing you’ll see before entering the Aquarium. It is one of the world’s largest suspended aquariums and holds 10-million-liters. Home to 300 sharks and rays, this tank gives visitors an idea of the adventures the aquarium holds inside. DUBAI AQUARIUM : Walk through a 48-meter-long aquarium tunnel that lets you explore the diversity of marine species that inhabit the open ocean. If you’re lucky, you might even see divers feeding sharks and rays. UNDERWATER ZOO : Once you’re outside the tunnel, take the escalator up to the 2nd floor, where the Underwater Zoo awaits you. You’ll find 40 displays of aquatic animals: from seahorses to crocodiles, you’ll see them all! As you enter, you’ll be asked to pose for a photograph with an underwater background. Proceed further inside, where the Underwater Zoo splits into three zones: Rainforest, Rocky Shore and Living Ocean.

1.00Please don't buy this experience, neither the operator will respond not the trip advisor will respond , I paid the money and the operator didn't send ticket and when I requested refund the TripAdvisor said this will be looked into in 7 days , I was standing at the experience gate and tried contacting to resolve this for hours Waste of time

1.00Purchasing Dubai mall aquarium tickets through Trip advisor - Viator didn’t work for us. The tickets received weren’t accepted by the staff at the mall saying they are not valid. Had to purchase the tickets again at the Dubai mall in person.

1.00Purchased tickets , we got to the aquarium via Uber . When we approached the ticket counter to present our passes we were told they were not valid - contacted the seller and they told me that “ due to technical difficulties we can’t supply the electronic tickets and that we would be reimbursed “ so far there has been no reimbursement ! We ended up paying 400 Dirhams for two more tickets at the counter . One of the worst experiences ever !!

1.00Useless. We did not receive our tickets to Dubai Aquarium on the mail or in the app and could neither call nor write to support. Checked the junk mail and everything but unfortunately. Went home very disappointed and 1300 crowns poorer.

1.00Tour operator Al jannah failed to supply entry tickets for the acquarium and the Acquarium refused us entrance and because it was on the last day of our holiday we lost that experience and requesting a full refund plus our taxi fare to the acquarium 120 AED.
