Experience life as a Bedouin nomad, surviving in Dubai’s unforgiving desert. You’ll have the chance to meet and chat with Bedouin storytellers, pet farm animals, get up close with the Arabian hunting dogs called Saluki’s and how the combination of falconry and Saluki dogs became their main means of hunting.

What To Expect
Dubai
Get picked up from Dubai hotels between 05:00 AM and 06:00 AM, depending on the season. We will inform you of the exact pick-up time the afternoon before your Safari.
Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve
Arrive at the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve and receive your Headscarf and a Stainless Steel Water Bottle. These are included in each booking and are a gift for our guests to take home.

5.00“The food was fresh and delicious and the people were nice and there was so much to learn from them. The henna was fun” - Em, 11 yrs. “I loved hearing about the culture from people living the culture. The hospitality was so genuine and the wildlife was famtastic to see” - Graham - dad - wildlife scientist. “Loved the henna and learning how to tie the headscarves. It was fun to hold the Falcon and learn about falconry here” - Sarah, 13 yrs. “I loved seeing all of the wildlife and the falcon show and learning about the culture” Catherine, 15. From the moment we were collected to when we were dropped off our guide was amazing. Telling us about life in Dubai, the growth in the time he has lived here (21 yrs), buildings, history and culture. The camel ride and old land river rides were fun, the food and drinks were delicious and we appreciated getting to try them all. Learning about life, history and culture from the Emirati guides, henna, headscarves, falcons and more. The wildlife and scenery was spectacular and great to learn how they are now protecting this and continuing the traditional culture. Thank you for sharing it all with us. We take some wonderful memories and learnings home to New Zealand with us. Liz, mum

5.00We took the Bedouin Culture Safari- spectacular! Received a phone call the day before to confirm pickup time at our hotel. Bashir picked us up right on time. He was an excellent guide for the whole experience. The first stop to change into the vintage land rovers had restrooms and gave us each a water bottle while getting our headscarves on. The camel ride was very fun. The village, the falconry show, the breakfast we were served were all amazing. The storyteller in the village was EXCELLENT. Would recommend this safari!

5.00Our main guide was Ali and he was amazing. The camels were fun, riding in the old Land Rovers was unique, the Bedouin breakfast was really good, and learning from the staff was fascinating. It was just what we were hoping for.

5.00The Bedouin Culture Safari with our guide Samy was incredibly beautiful. Bedouin life, landscape, food and culture were presented in the middle of a natural desert and a Bedouin village. Samy is a super guide, speaks very good German among other things and was very friendly. The tour is very special and unforgettable.

5.00We had a very enjoyable experience with the desert tour, Heritage Safari. All aspects of the tour were of a high standard, including the clean and comfortable vehicle. Our guide, Mahdi, was highly knowledgeable, intelligent, and well-educated. He was also very polite and helpful, providing us with a wealth of new information about the history of the UAE. Falcon show at sunset just Amazing, We were served delicious cinnamon tea, and Mocktails, Upon arrival at the camp, we were warmly welcomed with traditional Arabic coffee and dates, The dinner provided at the camp was exquisite, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. All the facilities in the camp well cleaned and organized to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of the guest. We indulged in a delightful spread of desserts, fruits, and smoked Shisha, making for a truly memorable experience. Thank you so much for that unforgettable experience, Special thanks to Mehdi,Niel,Oscar,Hafed, Chief's, and the rest of the team GUYS YOU ARE THE BEST 🩵

5.00We were on a morning safari. Everything was wonderful, it was a real adventure. We saw a lot of animals and falconry. I enjoyed the breakfast, the dancing and the stories about the Bedouin culture. Special thanks to our guide Raj.

5.00The Safari was absolutely everything I had hoped for! Runel was the most amazing tour guide. I have rarely met someone that was so knowledgeable about the desert, animals, Dubai and UAE, also culturally. A very kind person as well and funny. The Safari I chose was perfect as it only lasts a few hours. You are picked up and dropped off to your hotel. The only small thing I would change is adding more food options for picky eaters, it was nice that they offered sandwich options for the children as well. Everything else was super amazing!

5.00I booked the hot air balloon trip and camel ride with Platinum heritage. I had a really fantastic experience especially with the hot air balloon ride. The tour guide Mubasher was very friendly and welcoming. He was also very knowledgeable. Breakfast was delicious and staff worked hard to prepare an excellent Arabic meal with diverse food choices. Mubasher was most helpful and had excellent customer centric skills to ensure people had a really memorable time. Thanks to Mubasher, I am looking to book another adventure again and intend to bring my friends and family. Roshni
