  No correct direction: there are several docks and when trying to find our boat, we were asked the name of the boat ( which was not mentioned on our tickets). Someone tried to help and called the boat asking if our name was on their list. He send us to Celiste boat, but our name was not on their list liste. The added our name and took a picture of the tickets. They sent us on the 1st level, but ones inside, other people told us to go upstairs. When seated, the person who told us to go to the 1st level, told us to go downstairs. Finally he let us where we were. The food was cold like coming from refrigerator ; imagine eating rice, pasta, chicken with sauce, all cold. Entertainment less than mediocre. I’m not recommend.

  The male staff who ushered us to our seat said that we can choose wherever we want to seat even upstairs. But after an hour, he told to other passengers including us to move to another table because our seats are already reserved but it’s totally a lie coz there’s no “reservation” sign. And this totally ruin our night. 2nd, the seat that we chose was already been used by previous passenger and the staff just flipped the table cloth to removed the food debris and then placed it to our table which we were suprised. The glass cup are also sticky so it’s very gross to touch it. Lastly, the food are so ordinary. Fastfood food are way better taste good than on this cruise. It’s more of indian and Mediterranean cuisine and not international cuisine. The pasta is so dry and taste bland. The fish fillet is soggy and there’s no napkin . I hope you can improve this for the next cruiser. Thank you

  I was really looking forward to this dinner but was quite disappointed. The location directions were wrong so in dubai heat we were almost running from one end of the river to the other just to try and make the boat. For anyone who knows Dubai heat it was 33 degrees at 8pm this was not the start me and my family were hoping for on this cruise. The 2nd thing was the entire boat was full of Indian nationals we felt quite uncomfortable to be honest. We got stared at the whole time we were on the boat. The 3rd thing was when we went up for the food, the staff were nice and accommodating but the customers on the boat were quite disgusting. We got called up a quarter of the boat at a time but by the time they got half the boat up the people who ate first were coming back up to the food bar and pushing in. They were also grabbing the spoons and tongs with dirty rice filled hands that they had just eaten their food with. The customers were also eating their food whilst standing at the food bar while others were trying to fill their plate. Let's just say that once we got our first plate me and my family never went back for seconds. This type of behaviour needs to be addressed and monitored. We travelled as 3 adult woman.
