  A family trip to desert safari on shared basis was amazing! Moto cycle ride on paid basis & short camel ride was truly captivating & cherishable moments.

  Interesting evening for our family. Our driver was great and we really enjoyed the dune bashing. The dinner was good food and the show interesting. The fire entertainers were the best part. The relentless upselling took from the evening though. Better seating areas, longer camel rides, horse rides, holding the falcon, the headwrap (they made it seem it was included and put it on me then tried to charge us - I took it off and declined forcefully), and while seated trying to enjoy the dinner and show they constantly tried to sell perfume, jewelry, hookah, trickets and souvenirs, ice cream and junk food not related to the buffet dinner. Pick up and return to our hotel was a plus since it was a good 40 minutes from the Marina area.

  As a whole the experience was great. Although a few things that weren’t! 2 families were picked up in one 4 wheel drive vehicle it was very cramped, the camp was over a hours drive from my hotel. Once you were there you are pounced on by sellers trying to sell you a variety of goods. We did rent the quad bikes which were excellent. We paid extra for a separate vehicle to take us across the sand dunes as we didn’t want to be cramped in with another family, a different driver from pick up. We were then taken to the camp for food and a show which was another 30 minutes away! The driver who did the running around was ok although not very professional on his phone while driving and at times his driving was unsafe. At the show there were more sellers and you can upgrade to a priority seating area if you don’t want to sit on the floor. As stated overall the tour was great but some aspects were disappointing.

  Our experience with Sunset Desert Safari in Dubai was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The driver was two hours late to pick us up, and when we finally arrived at the desert, we were told to wait at their so-called “waiting office area” while every other group was already out on the dunes enjoying the sunset — the very experience we had paid for. We sat there for 45 minutes, completely ignored, while our driver disappeared. It soon became clear they never planned to take us for dune bashing at all. When I called to ask what was going on, another driver showed up, rude, impatient, and reckless, rushing us out of the car for a quick photo before forcing us straight back in and driving us back to the waiting area. My kids didn’t even have time to put their seatbelts on before he took off. Meanwhile, all the other tourists were still out there with their drivers, enjoying what we were promised. The communication throughout the entire booking process was a total disaster — I was passed between six different people, none of whom seemed to know what the others were doing. Their customer service was unprofessional, disorganized, and utterly careless. To make matters worse, everything that was advertised as “included” — the dune bashing, camel rides, henna tattoos, dinner — turned out to be a scam. They offered the bare minimum version of each activity and then tried to pressure us into paying extra for the proper experience once we were already stranded in the desert with no alternative. This company preys on tourists with misleading promises and terrible organization. Please, don’t waste your time or money — you’ll only end up frustrated and disappointed. There are many reputable companies in Dubai that actually deliver what they advertise. This one is not one of them.

  Our family had an amazing experience at the Lahbab Desert. The driver was incredibly kind, professional, and made sure we felt safe and comfortable throughout the trip. He was great with the kids, helped us find the best photo spots, and managed time perfectly. Thanks to him, this tour became one of our favorite memories in Dubai. Highly recommended!

  Had an incredible desert safari with Yasir today! He was professional, friendly, and made the experience exciting and safe. The dune bashing, camel ride, and sunset views were unforgettable. The evening camp with BBQ and live shows was a perfect ending. Highly recommend this tour and Yasir as a guide!

  Huge thanks to Rayan for making our safari so memorable. He was punctual, polite, and knew the dunes like the back of his hand. and the camp dinner was delicious and full of variety — from juicy BBQ to fresh salads and sweet desserts. Every dish added flavor to the desert night
