• Poor Food Quality and No Value for Money

  I am very disappointed with my recent dhow cruise experience with Rayna Tours. I came with my wife, infant, and parents who are visiting me, expecting a good evening — but unfortunately, it was the opposite. The food quality was extremely poor. For example, the “vegetable pasta” was completely dry and had no vegetables at all (photo attached). The overall food was nowhere near the standard I expected, especially considering the price. It did not feel like value for money. The entertainment was good and the staff were friendly, but when I addressed the food issue, nothing was done about it. I have personally referred more than 50 people to Rayna Tours in the past and have also booked for many friends and relatives, but this experience was highly disappointing. I will not be recommending the dhow cruise further.

  From start to finish, I highly recommend this evening cruise. The buffet dinner was both generous and delicious, with a wide variety of options. The atmosphere on board was calm and enjoyable, with beautiful views throughout the journey. What truly stood out was the staff — exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive at all times. The boat itself was also elegant and well-maintained, adding to the overall charm of the experience. A truly memorable evening.

  Absolute shambles of a company. In Dubai for our 40th Anniversary so booked this trip to celebrate. Sat in reception from 18.30 to 19.00 with no sign of our pick up. Rang the company who said we had no pick up and had to make our own way. It clearly states on our itinerary that our pick up was our hotel ( I have included this in the review) So thank you for spoiling our special night and the extra cost of finding another restaurant. I feel the least you can do is refund me our money.

  We had an unforgettable evening on the Dhow cruise dinner! The service was exceptional with attentive staff ensuring every need was met.The food was delicious and plentiful.The live entertainment, including music and the Tanoura dance.special mention to Mr.Michel for organizing this fantastic experience.Highly recommend!

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. They initially promised to provide a service and confirmed all the necessary details, but when it came time to deliver, they completely backed out without any valid explanation. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also shows a complete lack of accountability and respect for customers’ time and trust. I would not recommend relying on them for any serious or time-sensitive needs. Be cautious—what’s promised may not be delivered.

  It was a superb experience cruising through the waters, with beautiful views all around. The live entertainment, including music and the Tanoura dance, added a lively touch especially when the performer invited guests to join in. A special mention to Mr. Prince, who was incredibly helpful throughout the journey. A relaxing and enjoyable way to spend the evening. Highly recommended! Boat name : Al khaleej

  Had a really bad experience with Carnival Cruise booked through Rayna Tours which was at Hampton Hotel Dubai Airport on 31 March 2025. The agent was Pankaj who recommended the Carnival cruise as the best luxury cruise. Went with the option without pickup. To summarize briefly: Cruise was overbooked. No proper system to check in. Delay in checking in and cruise was more than 1 hour late. Called Pankaj and he gave the number of the cruise manager who was busy and did not provide any clarification and nowhere to be found. Overcrowded and very narrow entry to cruise led to lot of pushing and shoving. Was assigned a table but there was no table with that number to sit. With no place to sit, we found another table to sit but the assigned people for that table came and there was confusion and chaos. Gave us chairs with a table right in front of the speaker. Cruise DJ was rude and inconsiderate when asked to reduce the music a little bit. Food ran out. And quite unhygienic setup and couldn't eat. Unruly atmosphere. Overall the most unpleasant experience in a Cruise and would not recommend the carnival cruise boonmax at all.
