Although our fountain boat ride was very good even exceptional, the personal transport was very poor the driver was not experienced enough and did not know his way around the Dubai Mall he and we had to ask for directions on multiple occasions

the place where I had to pick up my ticket was wrong, I was sent to the aquarium, and no one knew what to do with me. The tickets cost 70 dirhams on the spot, but I paid 30 dollars. You can also go to the pier for 20 dirhams and watch the entire show. There's no point in doing that.

The show itself and well worth seeing - certainly the best water display in the world. However the instructions for accessing this trip were both conflicting and misleading. Not meant for anyone with limited walking capability as distance from nearest vehicle drop off point to embarkation point being very far.

You can see the fountains without paying for a tour but I would highly recommend the boat trip, front row seats, & only 8 people to a boat, feels like your own personal showing.

Upon arrival at the location, we found no boats operating due to maintenance work. The docking stations were completely unstaffed, and there was no indication that the service would run at any point during the evening. We waited at the designated area, but it quickly became clear that the activity had been canceled without any prior notice or on-site assistance. No Refund so far. No reply to our email or WhatsApp.

Very busy worth the wait,it's on every 30 minutes from 6pm to 11pm the mall is right there too. Tickets were purchased online via the "get your guide" app Taxis were also booked online using " bolt" the app is available
