Visited the Dubai Frame with friends and really enjoyed the experience. The views from the top are fantastic—you can clearly see the contrast between old and new Dubai. The glass floor was a fun highlight and made for some great photos. It was a bit busy when we went, but the line moved quickly and we didn’t have to wait too long to get in. The day was a little hazy, but it was still nice to take in the skyline from both sides. We had visited the Burj Khalifa the day before and loved the views there as well, but in hindsight, I’d recommend doing the Dubai Frame first. It gives you great perspective on the city and makes the Burj experience even more impressive afterward. Overall, definitely worth a visit!

Cost was comparable to the cool experience. Went around sunset to see the lights of the city. Walking across the glass at the top was awesome cause you can see the bottom.

Great place to visit and get the views from the viewing deck at the top. Be ready for a queue which was just over an hour so if you can get skip the line tickets they would be worth it. Views are amazing and would recommend to anyone visiting the city.

I went with the family and they all loved it. In the base of the frame is a photo station where visitor pictures are taken for sale. Then you proceed through a short walk way where videos explaining the origins of Dubai are displayed on walls. At the end is a bank of elevators that take you to the top where the observation deck is. You enter the observation deck from one end, then proceed through the deck where you are presented with viewing windows on three sides: right, left, and below you. You will find plenty of people posing and taking photos. When done viewing, proceed to the opposite end of the observation deck to take the elevator bank down to the base. As you exit the elevator you will enter a room that plays computer generated videos of the future is Dubai. When you exist the video room, that completes your experience, you can exit through the gift shop at the end.

The operator was very responsive via WhatsApp. I purchased my tickets and wishing 20 minutes received my tickets via email. I learned you can purchase the ticket for any day and they are open ended on the time of day you visit.

Absolutely breathtaking architecture. The whole experience was exceptional, staff polite and helpful & the building inside and out, spotlessly clean. So thankful we experienced 'The Dubai Frame'
