  It include water boat to the souq, monorail to the palm beach. It is good for elders to experience different transportation method instead of sitting in the bus up and down. Although, it may takes time to wait for members together to continue the next stop. Overall, we have experienced most of the Dubai points. We feel well worth for the money to have this trip.

  The bus used for the morning portion of the tour was shabby and views from the windows we blocked by curtains. The tour guide, Naveen, talked over the recording we were asked to listen to, yet never tried to engage anyone of the people on the tour. He was completely disinterested and spent most of his time talking to the driver. We Naveen did talk, it was about the price of things such as overnight hotel costs, the price of villas and so on. He never broached historical or social interests. Driving through traffic took up more than half of the tour time. Just when we, the tourists, thought it couldn't get any worse, Naveen said we were going to pull over to the side of the highway to get into another vehicle. Apparently, he and his driver were running late for their nightime tour. I finally reached the area of my hotel drop off and the driver pointed up the hill and asked if I could walk the rest of the way because the traffic was so bad and he didn’t want to be further delayed. There are other negative things that I could expound on, but I think that you get the picture. I will never sign up for a Grayline tour again.

  Convenient. Our guide was awesome. Knowledgeable and so helpful. Funny too😍. I would be so overwhelmed with the vastness and intelligent architecture all over and get lost and go no where without the guide.

  Water was supposed to be included however the driver didn’t have enough bottles and instead of giving out the last bottle he kept it to himself. The tour guide was great and friendly. We were given an hour and 30 at the Burj Khalifa stop but that was NOT enough time the line itself too an hour and 30 minutes! Other than that everything was ok

  Tour took 11 hours including transfers and I appreciate traffic was a large contributor to the return journey. There was no prior warning of how long we would have to queue at Burj Khalifa and no help in finding the correct queue. There were two lengthy visits to sales places one listed as art museum which were of little interest and no time to explore the souk because of this. Monorail along the palm then straight back on bus was unexpected then a 10 min photo stop at the marina which could have been longer. Given the traffic conditions why did we go to the Sale and Jameirah Mosque for photo shots first then back to the Palm last when they could have been put together. I had expected to go inside the mosque but no it was a tour of photo and sales opportunities I and my husband are extremely disappointed
