3.00We paid for the gold package($750) provided bottle of champagne and top front seats and max attention from the excellent staff. Food was average.cruise was beautiful but don’t recommend the upgrade.
Smaller yacht a must!!!

3.00The only thing good about this was the boatride itself. We were expecting a more dressy attire but evan in VIP were getting water bottles thrown at us by little kids, very unprofessional crew, lots of drama going on. nobody told us there was evan a buffet downstairs till almost over, good entertainment, bad food.

2.00The driver who picked us up took 45 mins, to do a 7 minute journey, it’s a party boat not 5 star at all, cheap plastic seat, no menu available, not for couples

1.00The evening got off too a bad start with our driver arriving late, full of apologies got held up in traffic, when we arrived at the Marina area it became extremely aparent that our driver had absolutely no idea where he should be going, where we should be meeting the ship etc, at one point we were left standing in the lower basement of the multi storey car park with the driver scratching his head, fortunately with the assistance of some (several) passers by we were able to make our way to Pier 7 which was the apparent meeting point .. this was news to our driver ... let us be clear this was not the divers fault , he had not been given any instructions and was always extremely polite although starting to panic that we would miss the departure .... So please don't book the chauffeur transfer package, when we finally boarded the ship for our VIP 5 star experience we were surprised to see that the VIP area at addittional cost encompasses a rope dividing off an area at the front of the ship, we were sitting at what best can be described as garden tables on garden chairs, certainly not a 5 star nor VIP experience ... once again I would like to be clear that all members of staff were very friendly, helpful and polite, the dancers were very good if you could get to see them ... the product description was totally misleading ... Dubai Marina Luxury Cruise w/5 star buffet Dinner & Transfer .... should read Dubai Marina extremely crowded cruise w / very average overcrowded buffet Dinner & disastrous transfer arrangements ... book with extreme caution and eyes wide open
