  The experience itself was very positive - excellent communication regarding pick-up, everything worked well there. The activities were as advertised, which I was very happy with, but beware that the activity center itself (i.e. not the tour operator) is just like every other Dubai attraction and is trying to gouge extra money out of you every chance they get, which gets real old real fast. But the tour operator itself was good, I have no criticism there. The tour guide Usman was a great driver and guide and was able to answer a ton of question in a good way, he was very helpful and pleasant to spend those hours with. I didn't appreciate getting bombarded afterwards with requests to write my reviews though (it took me a week to do it, I was busy with other stuff), but again, if you're looking for my opinion on the desert safari itself, I have no complaints whatsoever, it was exactly as advertised and I would do it again.

  This desert visit was one of the highlights of our Dubai trip. Usman was very sweet and communicated well before the trip regarding our pickup (we did the private) He also took some nice took photos of us throughout. The one thing that didn’t make sense to us was that we had to stop at the ATV place while we waited for other groups even though we hadn’t signed up for the ATV rides -and paid for the private tour- so we waited around for 25 minutes. That would has been ok BUT this area also had camel rides which we were signed up for. We ended up rushing back to the exact same spot after the desert portion and had to rush through our camel ride (they actually had to open back up for us bc it was closed) we do appreciate that Usman allowed us to stay later to enjoy the post desert sunset, but had we known it would have made our camel experience seem rushed, we probably wouldn’t have done it.

  We had an amazing desert safari in Dubai and really enjoyed the experience. The dune bashing, ATV bike ride, and sand boarding were thrilling and well organised. A special thanks to Jackson for being friendly and professional and making the trip memorable. Highly recommended!

  Usman made our Dubai desert safari genuinely unforgettable. From the moment we were picked up, he was professional, punctual, and welcoming, setting the tone for an incredible experience from start to finish. His driving was outstanding, confident, smooth, and clearly very experienced. The dune bashing was thrilling but always felt safe and well-controlled, which made it even more enjoyable. It was obvious he knew the desert terrain extremely well and handled everything with skill and precision. What really stood out, though, was Usman’s hospitality. He was friendly, respectful, and attentive throughout, checking in on us regularly, explaining what to expect, and making sure everyone was comfortable. He was also happy to help with photos and made the whole experience feel easy and well-organized. If you’re booking a Dubai desert safari, I highly recommend requesting Usman. An excellent driver and an even better host he turned a great activity into an exceptional memory.

  We had a great time going on the sand duns the ride was spectacular and so were the views. Usam are driver made sure we had a safe and fun time. We tried the sand board riding and the kids had a great time. The trip was organized well. We paid extra for a ATV and that was for sure worth the extra fee.

  We had an incredible time. Hamdan, was our tour guide, he was punctual to pick us up at the hotel and very kind. The Dune Bashing experience was something we will forever remember, as well as Hamdan's awesome driving skills! 👌🏽
